Text Tribe is an online reading group run by ‘TriBorough Libraries’ – the library services of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and the City of Westminster in London.

The aim of the group is to provide a place to discuss books online for those who either can’t get to a ‘real life’ bookclub meeting, or who want to talk to more people. Everyone is welcome!

Although we will always have a ‘chosen’ book for focus, the group is for general bookish chat, so even if you’re not reading the current book, please do join in with the other conversations – tell us what you’re reading and what you love to read. And there is no time limit on discussions here – if you find a post and want to comment on it, go ahead – whether it’s days, weeks or even months old.

The group hasn’t been going for very long, but once it’s established we’re hoping that the members will guide the way it develops – choosing books and deciding the path they’d like the group to take.
